OK, I have now ekiga.net directory and LDAP.

2 troubles :

   * flags for libregex to generate .dll. It is also necessary to copy
     in in bin directory. libregex.a is used for openldap.
   * boost : I made a ln -s boost_signals.dll libboost_signals.dll.
     Then no trouble for compiling. I think there is something in
     libekiga.lai (-lboost_signals).

I will update win42 Makefile I use on 
http://www.pateam.org/archive/tmp/ekiga-win32/trunk.
