Hm, if you can verify that the corresponding encoders and decoders are
included...
However I do not really want OPAL to depend on libavcodec. So I would still
prefer separate packages. I can imagine people wanting to OPAL and ekiga
without ffmpeg/libavcodec. Damien, what do you think?
