Hi guys,

Just wanted to let everyone know that if you are compiling for win32, the server that the Makefile uses to download the Expat source,
http://belnet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/expat, seems to have been down for some time. 

I changed that line to http://kent.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/expat and it works fine.
