INSTALL file is the classical file, which writes about configure, make,
make install. However, ekiga does not have configure, but uses
autogen.sh. I propose to add the following sentence in the INSTALL
file, or elsewhere, if this file should not be touched:
snoopy:~/softs/ekiga/ekiga$ diff INSTALL INSTALL.new
12a13,21
> If you are on Windows, please look at the win32 directory instead of
> this file.

> autogen.sh. So the first step to compile ekiga is to run autogen.sh.
> You should give it the same parameters as configure. autogen.sh
> creates the configure file and executes it automatically with the
> parameters you have given to it.
