Hi,
It appears that the Ubuntu packages are also 'old' on:
http://snapshots.voxgratia.org/ubuntu/pool/main/e/ekiga-cvs/

Dapper packages are dated '14-Jun-2006', whilst Sid packages have a
newer '08-Sep-2006' date...

What's up?
