Hey Budge, I think that might come as a surprise to many of us familiar with rsync, because it actually should upload the files, or at least just the delta. If it's not, there's probably something wrong in your usage. Although this is a mailing list for EasyTAG, if you'd like to share with us your full rsync command line, I can take a look.
