EasyTAG 2.1.8 in Debian and Ubuntu

Users of Debian and Ubuntu will be pleased to know that those 
distributions now have builds of EasyTAG 2.1.8:

You need to be using Debian jessie (testing) or Ubuntu trusty, but the 
package is simple enough that it should work (or be buildable) in older 
versions.
