[Easytag-mailing] State of the GIT Tree (March 2011)

Patches have continued to trickle in via:

I'll continue to merge ones that look sane and pass the basic smoke
tests. Apologies to those that have waited a few weeks for me to get
around to the last set of pull requests, I've been very busy at work
hence rather coded out by the evening :-/

The shortlog from the last official release is:
