[Easytag-mailing] TDRC frame

Hi all,
When I open en MP3 with the frame TDRC set to "2009-09-1213-14-15" according to the ID3.v2.4.0 specification, EasyTag read it fine but when I save the file (or if I click on the file), the TDRC frame is set to "2009" only!
Is it a feature or a bug or is there an option to activate to keep the full date and time ?
