[Easytag-mailing] optimize aac tags

Hi there,

would it possible to reorganize mp4/aac (m4a) tags to the front of the
file(stream) as the program m4creator or neroAacEnc does? Some players,
rhythembox to name one, require the tags to be foremost in a file while
streaming.
