[Easytag-mailing] taglib support

Hi,

 Would you think about supporting the usage of taglib as well as (or as
a replacement of) id3lib?

 id3lib isn't maintained anymore, you have to patch it to have
unicode16 support. It is said that taglib is faster too.

 I realized that Easytag is the only software still using id3lib in my
system, so that's why I brought it up :)
