[Easytag-mailing] FLAC + 'Encoded By'

First, sorry if this has been asked before or is a known 'issue'..I did 
search, but that's never infallible.

Could EasyTag be changed so it uses the vendor string from a .flac file 
for the 'encoded by' field? It only seems logical.. :)
Also, while it would be more work, arbitrary FLAC-tag editing would be 
cool...
