[Easytag-mailing] EasyTAG is getting too complicated

Hi,

at the moment I'm busy translating the latest EasyTAG with all the new
strings and I've noticed, that it is getting too complicated. No user
will understand all the character set conversion rules. The program
should just do the right thing instead.

Also, please don't add options like 'Return focus to the 'Title' field
when switching files', it is completely useless UI bloat.
