[Easytag-mailing] Why doesn't it work?

Have tried to use this software with no success. Apparently nothing
interacts with the database server. Tag and Filename scanner cannot get
ANY of the fields correct. Track name somehow becomes the artist, etc.
What exactly is this program supposed to do?
