Re: Fedora 18: DVB via Totem-plugin doesn't work

Hi Sebastian,

I also replaced the gstreamer-0.10 directories in ~ and .cache as I did for the gnome-dvd-daemon directories before and now the daemon works. I run gnome-dvb-control and got the expected program guide.

Well that's pretty good but the issue with the Totem plugin still remains. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi Sebastian,

the element seems to be unavailable:

$ gst-inspect mpegtsparse
No such element or plugin 'mpegtsparse'

run the command "gst-inspect mpegtsparse" to see whether this elements
is available or not.
