I could fix the missing file issue by copying the gnome-dvb-daemon directories in .config and .cache from the home partition that F18-anaconda created (I did a successful gnome-dvb-setup there) into my real home partition but the unresolved dependencies I don't understand since the system is still the same. I only changed the home partition.
