Maintainers of /usr/share/dvb/dvb-t Auto Loader Files

I'm trying to find out where the maintainer of the /usr/share/dvb/dvb-t
files is. The files of Austria are not correct, and therefor a search
with the files shows no channels. A frustrating experience :).

I just wanted to send an updated list. It would be helpful to know where
to send the patch.
