Trying to get a evolution email account at Vodafone.

My user name clear net nz       ( Clear = Local Vodafone account brand 
name.)

Server.    pop.clear.net.nz
User name       myusername clear net nz

Encryption method.   No encryption

Password>  Check for Supported types.

Server type > SMTP

Configuration

Server: smtp.clear.net.nz

Authentication
Type >PLAIN. >   Check for Supported types

User name: myusername clear net nz

My Question where is the plain authentication enter field.
This is my Clear assigned user-name plus secret plain send identifier 
authentication code
