New in 3.38: gnome-tour

Just a heads-up:
GNOME 3.38 will for the first time feature, gnome-tour, which is
a replacement for our use of yelp for the intro in the first login after gnome-initial-setup.
On the Fedora side, we _just_ managed to sneak it in as a new package at the last minute,
so maybe other distros are in the same situation.
