gnome-books has been split off from gnome-documents

Hey,

I only just realised that this wasn't properly announced. A couple
of weeks ago, gnome-documents and gnome-books had their first independent
releases.

gnome-documents is still available at the same location, gnome-books
is available here:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gnome-books/3.31/
