I would like to draw your attention to this: https://debarshiray.wordpress.com/2016/12/15/new-gnome-api-key-for-google-services/ In short, if you are distributing a GNOME version no older than 3.20.x, then please do update evolution-data-server and gnome-online-accounts to their latest upstream point releases. Ensure that the evolution-data-server update is ready before you issue the gnome-online-accounts one. If you are shipping a GNOME version older than 3.20.x, then you will have to backport the fixes themselves.
