This DIA binary for Windows and OS X is maintained by http://dia-installer.de

I have written the maintainer of this package 2 times w/o response, yet.

Actually in a brand new Yosemite install it worked just fine. Maybe XQuartz or maybe maintainer of http://dia-installer.de published a new binary package. Not sure.
