text in boxes not centred

dear dia list members

i am creating an organigram with dia, then export an eps file and integrate this file into latex. afterwards 
i create a pdf.

unfortunately the text in boxes of the organigram is not centred (vertically). the text moves slightly 
upwards with creating the pdf. what can i do to circumvent this problem?
