I am not a UNIX guy, but there are only certain UNIX OS that are supported the others require compiling specifically - as I understand it. THe UNIX flavors that do work are documented, but due to my own non-use of it I don't know where that info is.If Unbuntu is "in the system" then you can see if it works. If not, you can do the work to try it out.
