Roland has given you unattended install instructions for Linux (Debian) systems. You didn't mention which operating system you use. In case it's Windows, the installer available from http://dia-installer.de understands two relevant commandline options:

/S - silent install
/D=<directory> - install into a different directory

So do install in the default location, just use

dia-setup-0.97.2.exe /S

Regarding "Dutch language" - if your Windows installation uses Dutch language, Dia should just take this setting from your operating system automatically. If that's not the case, please get back to us.

Regards,

Steffen
