Roland has given you unattended install instructions for Linux (Debian)
systems.
You didn't mention which operating system you use. In case it's
Windows, the
installer available from http://dia-installer.de understands two
relevant commandline options:
/S - silent install
/D=<directory> - install into a different directory
So do install in the default location, just use
dia-setup-0.97.2.exe /S
Regarding "Dutch language" - if your Windows installation uses Dutch
language, Dia should just take this
setting from your operating system automatically. If that's not the
case, please get back to us.
