The current version of Dia (0.97.2) is officially still UML 1, though it
will allow you to draw many
UML 2.0 diagrams. Dia's flexibility and extensibility should allow you
to create the UML 2.0 diagrams that you're looking for.

While you'll not find those keywords in the program or documentation,
you should be able to express both types of diagrams in Dia.
