Does DIA export to PDF/A?

The subject says it all: I need to save my documents in a PDF/A
format, but I am not sure that DIA's export to PDF meets this
requirement.  Does anyone know a) if DIA can export to PDF/A; and b)
if it cannot, whether there is a good tool out there (for Linux) to
convert PDF to PDF/A?
