expanding dia to mockery apps sketches

hi, 

I'd like to make sketches of apps using dia, like
https://addons.mozilla.org/es-ES/firefox/addon/8487/

I've seen shapes, but I need the behaviour of UML classes, which
seem not defined in a shape , that is, I need to design : 
- windows
- pane
- tables
- scroll bars
- buttons
- labels

some of them contain several text ( like tables :

Which is pretty much the same than classes, other more simple dia shapes have 
only _one_ text available, I'd like to know how to construct
these complex structures.
