Issues & requests - mouse-related UI requests

Hello, 

All of the following were noticed on Dia 0.97.1 on Vista SP2.  

mouse pointer should change to arrows (for resizing) when over 
green square handles of a selected object

Mouse-driven resizing, moving, selecting (rubberband) should honor 
the ESC key

moving selected items past edge of window should use mouse-pointer 
position, not speed, to determine how fast the window scrolls.  
Presently, the mouse-pointer speed is used, so the user has to 
"waggle" the mouse pointer in order to get the window to scroll 
quickly.
