Hi,

as Dia does not support OLE, this is not possible.
What you can do instead: Export your Dia file to a certain location
(e.g. diagram.emf or diagram.png) and
link to that file in Word. This way you can edit your Dia diagram as
usual, export it and have it updated
in your Word document at the same time.
