The zip file contains e.g. a bin folder. This should end up in

c:\gtk\bin

Everything that is in the top level iconv-1.9.2.win32 folder of the
zip file should
be copied to c:\gtk.

I tried to clarify this in

but maybe I have to be more verbose.
