Win32 Compilation - iconv

Folks,

On the page "Installing the Required Software",
http://dia-installer.de/howto/compile_msvc/ar01s02.html, can you please
explain more about what to do with the iconv files?  The download
(iconv-1.9.2.win32.zip) contains five files.  The compilation instructions
says to "Unzip the file and copy the contents of the iconv-1.9.2.win32
folder to C:\GTK".  Does this mean that all the files are sitting in c:\GTK
or should they be in one of the folders?
