Re: is there a Mac version?

Hello Mariana,
I have happily used the instructions that Steffen has pointed to and use Dia
on my Macs (10.3 and 10.4). However it runs as an X11 application under
Apple's X11, which works for me since I'm a Unix person, but doesn't "feel"
like a Mac App. I gather there is/was some effort to port the graphics
libraries invoved to OS X (unrelated to Dia) but haven't been following where
that got to.
Cheers,
     Len

Hello Mariana,

now I'm happily living in Mac-Land, would like very much to use Dia, but am
not enough of a techie to compile a Mac version....

I'm not aware of a compiled version and I don't have a Mac so I
cannot provide one, but the instructions under

http://dia.darwinports.com/

look pretty detailed and might allow a non-techie to install Mac-Dia.

Regards,

Steffen
