Uh, should have paid more attention to the website ... I was only
looking at the plain English text ... didn't realise that the page
already lists http URLs for all modules including Dia! The repository
to use with bzr is simply:

http://bzr-playground.gnome.org/dia

sameerds gajanan:~$ bzr info http://bzr-playground.gnome.org/dia/
Shared repository (format: rich-root-pack)
Location:
