Thank you very much.  Is there a developers version available for
Windows that I could download and use?


Right now there is no Windows developer version available for

download.

Interested developers can get the sources from the SVN repository and
build Dia themselves on Windows.

Once a release candidate for Dia 0.97 is ready, I'll provide an
installer for this version.
I hope that this will be soon the case.
