UML cpp code generation

hello

I have  much developed dia-uml.xsl , dia-uml2cpp.xsl,
which implements templates, template initiation, namespaces, class 
dependencies,
package dependencies, design patterns (command, singleton) and much more
is under development.

I want to start integrating with dia trunk, and possibly add UI's to 
configure
cpp code generation, what are the possibilities for adding such Ui ?
(like when doing export, or maybe from tools menu)

is there someone actively work on those files at the moment ?
how to get commit permissions ?
