Hans has made an arbitrarily rotatable "text outline" object.  It
doesn't become text when exported, and the print quality is not perfect,
but it does give rotated text.  Making a "real" rotatable text is mostly
a question of making the various exporters understand it, not hard as
such, but tedious.
