Your software "Dia" has been referenced in TELECHARGER.COM, the leading french software library on the Web 
(with over 220 million downloads in 2006). "Telecharger.com" has been designed to ease and improve the 
distribution of your software to the french Internet community.

To further improve the accessibility of your products, Telecharger.com publishes a selection of its contents 
on other supports than the Web Site: Magazines, CD-Roms, ...

We plan to add your software on the CD-Rom of one of our magazines. We would like to get your agreement for 
its distribution and reproduction on this CD-Rom.
