Just less -- dunno, it's different.  It's not intended as a Visio clone,
just inspired in the beginning.  A number of people come and say they
like Dia much better that Visio.

The other UML programs I know of are listed on the links page
(live.gnome.org/Dia/Links).

Once the work on the List Property gets done, it should be much easier
to improve the Dia UML system, possibly even towards 2.0.  It's just a
matter of getting someone to do it.
