Hi,

I have been working on implementing a "value_changed" signal for the
widgets in the properties dialog box. I noticed that the
implementation of DiaUnitSpinner is duplicated in two files ---
app/diaunitspinner.c and lib/widgets.c

Why are there two copies? Should they be merged into one copy? If so
... which one?
