Development starts anew!

Now that the release seems reasonably stable, development for the next
version is started -- which means that the SVN code will be less stable
for a while.

The pieces of functionality that *I* hope to work on for this release
include the following:

Changeable units (partially done)
Better groups implementation (partially done)
Setting of multiple object properties (bug 60331, being worked on by
Sameer)
Move object up/down layer (partially done)
Modal text input system. 
Maybe update the UML properties box. 
Maybe use of TextLine instead of raw strings everywhere.

As always, helping keyboards and comments are welcome.
