Executing plugins?

Hello,

I fear my question is trivial but after much looking in the docs and help
manual I haven't seen the right option.

I'm trying to use the group properties editing script and I don't manage to
figure how to invoke it. The python plugin is listed under File -> Plugins,
the group plugin is in /usr/share/dia/pyton. Version is 0.95 obtained via
ubuntu packages. I've tried both dia, dia-normal and dia-gnome. I've looked
in menus, right-button options... nothing.

I feel like it's in my nose but can't find it. So your help is very
appreciated.
