Dia Shapes for Finite Automata

I created these shapes for drawing State Transition Diagrams for
Finite Automata. The package contains just 4 basic shapes adopted from
the notation used in "Introduction to Automata Theory, Languages,..."
by Hopcroft, Motwani, Ullman.

Not really sure how to go about their inclusion. Similar requests on
this list seem to be pretty dated (like 3 years ago). Could someone
please guide me on the current procedure???
