state of anon CVS of dia

Hi,

looking at http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/dia/ shows things, I
don't understand:

- the file COPYING (top-level) is in the Attic.

- some files from objects/network/ (14 C source files) are
  in the Attic.

Maybe somebody can shed some light on this.
