Subject: Questions2
Hello,
sorry, but i have 3 more questions that are move about the work with dia:
1. If i group some Objects in dia, i cant resize the whole group. i need
these because i have made my drawing to big for an DIN A4 Paper.
known issue

i think developers were reluctant to add this because it would not work
for stuff like programmed objects and text objects but I think the
description of how this could/shoudl work in the bug report is fairly
clear.
It is a matter of time and expertise, help would be welcome.
2. I Zoom into an Diagram but the grid dont show any more lines, like Visio,
so the "snap to grid" is really crass.
English may not be your first language, so be careful when describing
things as crass. It is quite a harsh description. Although I doubt
anyone was offended I think it is important to criticise carefully and as
constructively as possible. We are all unpaid volunteers here and we are
glad that people enjoy using Dia and we hope they will help us to improve
it, we need to be optimistic about the good things that have been done
encourage each other to do more.
I suggested that a dynamic grid (like in Visio) would be good and Lars
Clausen provided a patch (attached to the bug report) which I really need
to get off my ass and test. Help wanted!

3. Why does some Objects like "sun", "quad arrow" and so on, doesnt allow a
change of the ratio ?
known issue, ideally there should be a way to toggle it in the GUI without
the needing to edit the files but no one has gotten around to it yet.

Help wanted!
Sincerely
