patch towards HIG compliance and bug 87157

I made the patch a few minutes ago
cvs diff -u menu.c > menu.c.diff
gzip menu.c.diff

and attached it to the bug report, i can mail it instead if you want.

please test the patch,
sorry i am working blind here (not compiling and testing this stuff) as i
have not yet upgraded to Gnome2.

Changed various things uncluding:

Save as is now Ctrl+Shift+S not Ctrl+W
Close uses Ctrl+W

Select All Ctrl+A
Select None Ctrl+Shift+A
ShowAll/Best Fit is now bound to Ctrl+E same as the Gimp.

The Guidelines recommmend against using single letter keybindings.  We no
longer have any single letter keybindings, i removed 'G' to snap to grid.
Still need to figure out a good key binding, hopefully before a dia
release gets out.  Users can still add them in as necessary.

Changed Ungroup from Ctrl+U to Ctrl+Shift+G, for consistancy.
Changed 'Visible Grid' to read 'Show Grid'
Added lots of Seperators, they should make things seem clearer without you
even realising.
And i changed a few other things, we dont need to follow the HIG to the
letter, this is all open to change.

There are still more things i want to do such as
Flip Vertical           Ctrl+J
Flip Horizontal         Ctrl+I
see the bug report for more.
