place shapes

Welcome to my problem !!!

I create my own shapes - take them into the sheets directory - then I start
Dia and would love it, if they are
in the menu?
But nothing happens. If I delete some - they get out - But if I add the
shapes, they don't get into the menu?? 

I hope you can help me and I thank you for your efforts
