True.  It's fairly high on my wishlist.  Basically, arrows are drawn on top
of the line right now, which means they go into and occasionally across
element borders.  If they were part of the line drawing, the line length
could be adjusted for the arrow length, and the arrow tip could hit the
adjoining line exactly.  It's a fairly deep change, though.
