Re: dia installation and gtk+

:-) Thanks to all who helped...

I nearly got it but...

xml-config is missing, because I installed libxml2 :-(

Now, have I to uninstall this version and go to an old one or is there
another workaround?

Ok, gtk-devel and glib-devel are now installed, but what ist gtk+-devel?

gtk+-devel is probably the equivalent of gtk-devel for another distro with
a slightly different packaging policy as yours. You're probably fine using
gtk-devel, as long as this RPM comes from your distro's site.

And where can I find "libart?"

muscat%cat /usr/share/doc/libart2/copyright
This package was debianized by Jim Pick jim jimpick com on

It was downloaded from
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/stable/sources/gnome-libs

I hope this helps.
