UTF-8 support going

Hi,

current progress is here:
- basic functions is done.
- don't show many warnings.
- can input your locale characters.
- can load/save with dia format.

my TODO list is here:
- export other format.
- fix XIM position.
- support the printing.
- support the anti-aliasing.

I may forget some works, please test it.
